Child reflexology

Reflexology for younger clients follows the  traditional foot reflexology treatment.  However, depending on the age of the client will depend on the length of the session to ensure the treatment isn’t too overwhelming.

Ages 4 to 8yrs:    £25

Ages 9 to 15yrs:  £35

Ages 16+:           £45

In order to follow safeguarding policies, all children 16yrs or younger will require a parent/carer/guardian to be present for the duration of treatment.  The parent/carer/guardian will also be required to sign a consent form for the treatment to go ahead.

Baby & Toddler Reflexology (0 to 3yrs)

Individual Session:  £30

During this session we will tailor a treatment plan for your baby/toddler based on current conditions and concerns.  You will also learn techniques you can do at home in between treatments to help support your baby/toddlers journey

Baby & Toddler Workshops

Individual Session:  £60

During this session you will learn how to use reflexology techniques on your baby/toddler to help with common ailment and any specific condition you need support with for your baby/toddler

3wk Programme: £150

This is similar to the individual sessions but more in depth.  Each session will focus on a different aspect in more details and will include detailed handouts to take home and refer to.  This can be done on an individual basis on in a group of 3.

Zone Face Lift

This luxurious treatment involves a hot towel facial including  cleansing, toning, exfoliating, face mask, Smudging, visualisation, facial reflexology followed by the Bergmann facial massage techniques using crystal tools and rollers coupled with facial sculpting using gentle gua sha tools and techniques.  The treatment ends with a with a eye serum revitalisation treatment and moisturisation.

For maximum and long term effects it is recommended this treatment is undertaken as an initial 12wk programme followed by monthly appointments.

Initial cleanse, face reading and tone followed by an enzyme peel, therapy mask and ending with moisturization and SPF treatment

Luxe Facial:  £40

Hot Towel facial starting with an cleanse, face reading followed by tone, exfoliation, neck, shoulder, and facial massage, mask treatment, ending with eye revitalisation treatment and moistursation.  During the Mask choose from either a hand or foot massage or mini foot reflex treatment.  Products used will be tailored for each individual’s skin type based on initial consultation and adapted if needed following a face reading during treatment.  Add on LED Light Therapy for an additional £15

In addition to the Luxe facial this treatment includes a facial and sculpting massage using crystal gua sha and massage tools to help activate collagen and elastin, reduce and smooth fine lines and wrinkles and help sculpt face and neck.

Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage:  £35

Massage treatment for the back, next and shoulder using  standard massage creams or pre-blended aromatherapy oils based on the needs of the client.

Full Body Massage:  £45

Full body massage using massage cream or blended aromatherapy oils based on your individual need

Indian Head Massage:  £35

Starts with a upper back, shoulder and neck massage followed by scalp massage and finishing with facial reflex pressure point release
