I’ve been going to Sam for reflexology now for over three years and couldn’t possibly recommend Sam enough.  As soon as you meet Sam you feel instantly relaxed and at ease in her company, she makes everything feel calm, peaceful and relaxing. The reflexology is amazing and it’s amazing what Sam can pick up from your feet. I also tend to have the best nights sleep after a session. Not only is Sam amazing at what she does she is such a lovely warm welcoming human.  Sam also offers a wide range of other holistic treatments and I got to try one of the aromatherapy massages and that was so relaxing! Amazing all round!

Never having had reflexology before I went along to see Sam on recommendation, she is as lovely as promised. I went to see if reflexology could help with a sensory problem, I had no idea how relaxing it would be is worth going along for that alone.

Needed to de-stress so had some Reflexology. Sam was able to pinpoint some issues I was having which was great. So so relaxing. Sam just gets the pressure right every time.

When I first went I had a problem with my neck and shoulders. After just one session it was instantly relieved as it was tension and stress I had been carrying around from the pandemic. It really is the most relaxing experience and I would certainly recommend Sam and reflexology to anyone!  Looking forward to my next session!
